Mathers were fantastic from the start to finish. It’s obvious they have a long history and experience. Everything was smooth and professional, from the quote to collecting the boxes. The guys on the job worked like Trojans and were happy to relocate some items at the end of the day. They then came back to collect the boxes and readjust the lounges. When moving the oversized lounges they produced an innovative way to get them through the door by connecting the power and stretching the legs out, so the lounge became “thinner”. Fantastic care and attention for my recent move and storage. The attention to detail to ensure all items were wrapped protectively in plastic (lounge, bed, chairs) so they will be secure during storage was much appreciated. The two staff took great care moving items up and down stairs without damaging anything and were on time and efficient (even on a rainy day!). I recently used Mathers to move from Howrah, then into storage for 5 weeks before I can get into my new Villa Unit. This is a downsizing exercise.
Mathers turned up on time with sufficient number of removalists to undertake the assignment. They were all introduced. Well dressed and ready for work. The Supervisor was courteous, engaging and knowledgeable and when I took him through the two levels of the house he asked relevant questions and then explained to his crew the plan of attack.
They worked quickly and calmly to pack all items into two containers. They were careful with my furniture and belongings and adopted safe and efficient work practices and were caring of my worldly belongings.
Overall they made the move as easy as these things can be. Polite and courteous.
